A small surgery forming part of the Windsor, Ascot and Maidenhead Primary Care Trust.

They are located on the main Dedworth Road (B3024) to the west of Windsor, opposite the Tesco store.

Their team consists of GP's, a Practice Manager, Practice Nurses, a Health Visitor, District Nurses, a Midwife, a counsellor and many other staff.

They welcome both NHS and private patients. Please register with them at any time during opening hours at your convenience.
